An illuminated interpretation of the majestic Eqyptian Papyrus plant, referencing antiquity while delivering a firm contemporary note.   These sconces are fabricated of cerused white oak and oiled parchment paper, housing a 60 Watt Edison bulb.  The loveliest feature of the Armana sconces are the rays of light they throw upward on the wall.  December 1994
